A REFINING CHAIN OF CUSTODY FORM must be filled out and enclosed with your refining material to ensure we process your lot accurately. We ask that you complete the AML (Anti Money Laundering) portion of the form, but if you prefer not to do that, you must complete and submit the AML FORM.
