GUARANTEE Your Casting Quality and Use Our CAD/CAM, Mold Making, Model Making Services:
You spend a lot of time caring for your customers, drawing and designing jewelry, making models; we can build your design from a drawing in our CAD program or use your CAD design to produce a model for a one time cast or rubber mold for production and we can cast it for you saving you the time to do what you love to do.

CAD/CAM: We will build your design in one of our many CAD programs, Rhino, Solidworks, AutoCad or Art cam. Your design then becomes a 3D wax form ready for a one time cast or we can make a silver model and cut a production mold. See Custom Casting Services, Prices, and Mold Materials.

Before you submit your drawing, make sure:

You have all of the specifications written clearly, metal karat to be cast, finger size, ring width at top and bottom, height at top and bottom, stone sizes that you will be setting jewelry with.

MODEL: Silver models can be built in one of our CAD/CAM programs or send us a wax and we will cast a silver model to make a production mold. See Custom Casting Services, Prices, and Mold Materials.

MOLD:  Have your wax cast or have us make a silver model so that we can cut a rubber mold for production casting. See Custom Casting Services, Prices, and Mold Materials.

Before you send your waxes, look for:
Air bubbles near the surface, heavy file marks, flashing, incomplete prongs, bearings or bezels, dirt or metal filings on or in the wax, small gaps and/or cracks in your part.
