Benefits for Salaried CoWorkers

We offer weekly pay each Friday. Checks are available each Thursday after 2 pm. We also offer pre-paid vacation checks. You can get your check prior to your vacation if you prefer.

Health Insurance: We offer our coworkers a choice between two plans; Anthem-Health keepers and Key Care. Health insurance includes a prescription plan, vision coverage, as well as chiropractic care. Coworkers are eligible on the first of the month after 30 days of continuous employment.

Vision Coverage: (Cost is included as part of the Health Care plan premiums.) Includes: annual eye exams, $100 towards contacts or one free pair of glasses/lenses per year from Davis Vision providers or up to $85 towards frames of your choice plus 25% discount off laser vision correction surgery.

Dental Insurance: Through Anthem Dental. Coverage includes preventative, primary dental, prosthetic, complex and orthodontic
care. Coworkers are eligible on the first of the month after 30 days of continuous employment.

Life Insurance: One times your base pay up to $50,000 is provided to you by the company. You may purchase additional voluntary life insurance for yourself and your family. Rates will vary.

Short Term Disability/Paid Sick Time: You are eligible to receive 100% of your salary while you are out on sick leave or short term disability for up to 90 days. Coverage is effective after six months of employment.

Long Term Disability: You are eligible for Long Term Disability after you have completed 6 months of service. Coverage for LTD will go into effect once you have missed 90 consecutive days from work. You will receive up to 60% of your base earnings until you reach age 65.

Benefit Bonus: After a coworker has completed six months of service, they become eligible for a benefit bonus of $10 a week
which can be used to purchase any type of insurance benefits

401K Plan: Coworkers become eligible during the enrollment period following completion of one year of employment and at
least 1000 hours of service.

Profit Sharing Plan: The contribution to your 401K plan is based on company profits. Coworkers are eligible during the enrollment period following the completion of one year of employment.

Paid Time Off: Ten (10) days earned during your first year (pro-rated based on your start date) Fifteen (15) days earned beginning your tenth year Twenty (20) days earned beginning your twentieth year Nine (9) Paid Holidays: Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Break (2 days — Thursday & Friday) and Christmas/New Year’s Break (Company closes Dec. 25 through Jan. 1 and the entire period is paid time off).

100% Tuition Assistance: We offer a generous education program which includes up to 100% paid tuition (depending upon grade
received) for any coworker employed at least 6 months who is enrolled in career related classes or programs.

Christmas Bonuses: Cash bonuses offered annually during the holidays as a gift from the company—Amount will vary depending
on company profits.

Thanksgiving Turkey: Enjoy a free turkey or gift certificate to Ukrop’s to purchase your own Thanksgiving meal.

Coworker Assistance Program: Available to coworker’s and their immediate families. Offers free counseling services for stress
management, divorce, marital problems, relationship issues, elder care, childcare, depression, alcohol and drug abuse, etc.

Discounted Gym Membership: Through American Family Fitness and Gold’s Gym – Coworkers are able to participate in a gym
membership and premiums are deducted through payroll on a weekly basis. No initiation fees.
